Die Mitarbeiterin bei der Annahme machte mir keine großen Hoffnungen, dass sie die Flecken entfernen könnten.
Umso überraschter war ich bei der Abholung meiner Jacke. Sie sah wie neu aus! Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit.
Unfortunately, my ski jacket was so dirty after the skiing holiday. I washed them at home but the stains didn't come out.
The receptionist didn't give me high hopes that they could remove the stains.
I was all the more surprised when I picked up my jacket. She looked like new! Thank you for the great work.
