S	Steffi M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht kundenfreundlich! Haben einen Anzug inklusive Hemd reinigen lassen und alles in der Filiale in Hausmening abgegeben. Am Tag vor der Abholung wurde uns noch telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass auch alles wieder in Hausmening abgeholt werden kann. Dort wurde mir dann allerdings ganz trocken erklärt, dass der Anzug und das Hemd in der Filiale in Amstetten wäre. Ich habe mehrmals auf das Telefonat am Vortag verwiesen-keine Erklärung, keine Entschuldigung,ich sollte nach Amstetten fahren. Schon ziemlich genervt in Amstetten angekommen erklärt mir die Dame, dass der Anzug zwar hier wäre, aber das Hemd in Hausmening abzuholen wäre und ich sollte dies dort abholen. Ich erklärte mehrmals, dass ich dort heute bereits war und nach Amstetten verwiesen worden bin. Nach langem Hin und Her rief die Dame dann in Hausmening an und siehe da: das Hemd war doch in Amstetten. Wäre ich nicht so beharrlich gewesen, wäre ich den ganzen Weg nochmals umsonst gefahren. Alles in allem 68Euro, keine Entschuldigung und noch nicht einmal eine Entschädigung, für meinen Aufwand. Rechnung habe ich auch keine erhalten, die hätte ich mir dann, obwohl in Amstetten bezahlt, wieder von Hausmening holen dürfen. Danke für nichts, wir kommen nie wieder. Absolutely not customer friendly! Have a suit including shirt cleaned and handed over everything in the store in Hausmening. The day before pickup we were told by phone that everything can be picked up again in Hausmening. There, however, I was told quite dry that the suit and the shirt would be in the store in Amstetten. I have several times referred to the phone call the day before-no explanation, no apology, I should go to Amstetten. Already quite annoyed arrived in Amstetten the lady explains to me that the suit would be here, but the shirt in Hausmening would pick up and I should pick this up there. I explained several times that I was there today and was sent to Amstetten. After a long back and forth, the lady then called in Hausmening and lo and behold: the shirt was still in Amstetten. Had I not been so persistent, I would have driven all the way again for nothing. All in all, 68 euros, no apology and not even a compensation, for my effort. I have not received any invoice, which I would then, although paid in Amstetten, get back from Hausmening. Thanks for nothing, we'll never be back.

Da ich schon in anderen Reinigungsfirmen war kann ich Bücher schreiben was mir passiert ist, wie z. B. Das man von 20 Tischtuechern nur 10 zurück bekommt oder eines total zerrissen ist es wurde trotzdem gebügelt und unter die Wäsche gelegt. Also ich kann nur sagen tolles Personal gute Ergebnisse. Danke I have been putting my table linen in this dry cleaner for years and there has never been a problem. Since I've been to other cleaning companies, I can write books about what happened to me, such as: B. That you get only 10 out of 20 tablecloths or one is totally torn it was still ironed and put under the laundry. So I can only say great staff great results. Thank you

Zuhause kam ich drauf dass der Schleier fehlte.... Ich holte mir den Schleier...Zuhause angekommen wollte ich alles nochmal durchschauen,kam ich drauf dass der Reifrock auch fehlte,also bin ich nochmals hingefahren. War ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. Sowas darf nicht passieren bei so einem teuren Kleidungsstüc Staff friendly, but I had my wedding dress including veil and hoop skirt cleaned (brought everything in 1 garment bag) ... At home I noticed that the veil was missing .... I got the veil ... When I got home, I wanted everything Looking through again, I realized that the hoop skirt was also missing, so I went there again. Was honestly disappointed. Something like that shouldn't happen with such an expensive piece of clothing

M	Michael Civric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hochzeitskleid wurde zur Reinigung gebracht. Nach 5 Wochen war es dann endlich mal abhol bereit. Nach Durchsicht war das Kleid weiterhin schmutzig. Nach Aussage der Chefin nicht besser möglich. Einen Nachlass von 3,00 hätte Sie angeboten. A Schlechter Scherz! Mehr kann sie nicht abziehen weil sie sonst ihrem Personal eine Stunde abziehen müsste! Ist ja nicht mein Problem, wenn die Qualität nicht passt! Der Preis für die nicht gründliche Reinigung waren 110,00!!! Absoluter Witz und nicht zu empfehlen!! Nie wieder!!! Wedding dress was brought for cleaning. After 5 weeks it was finally ready to be picked up. After reviewing it, the dress was still dirty. According to the boss, no better possible. She would have offered a discount of 3.00. A bad joke! She cannot deduct more because otherwise she would have to deduct an hour from her staff! It's not my problem if the quality isn't right! The price for the not thorough cleaning was 110.00! Absolute joke and not to be recommended !! Never again!!!

They charge by weight and the end product is exceptionally clean and folded ckothing tied up in a neat little package with paper and tape. We paid 20 euros for jeans, underwear, and a sheet. Oh, and socks! It's difficult to find a self laundromat and actually this one was a dry cleaner primarily but they did laundry as well
