★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brachte bereits öfters Teppiche zum Reinigen vorbei. Man muss zur Rückseite der Firma fahren, um zur Annahme für Kunden zu gelangen. Dort wird man freundlich von einer Dame begrüßt und die Teppiche werden kurz begutachtet. Im weiteren Verlauf werden die Stückzahlen (wie viele Teppiche) im PC notiert und es wird je nachdem eine Anzahlung verlangt. Ich musste für 4 Teppiche 30€ Anzahlung in Bar leisten. Anmerkung: Bei der Anzahlung ist nur Barzahlung möglich. Die Endrechnung kann auch per Karte vor Ort bezahlt werde. Die Kosten für die Reinigung werden pro m2 berechnet. 2-3 Wochen später können die Teppiche wieder abgeholt werden. Der Preis für die saubere und genaue Arbeit geht vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Teppiche bekommt man in Kunststoff verpackt perfekt gereinigt zurück. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
I have often brought carpets over to be cleaned. You have to drive to the back of the company to get to the customer acceptance point. There you will be greeted in a friendly manner by a lady and the carpets will be examined briefly. In the further process, the number of pieces (how many carpets) are noted in the PC and a deposit is requested, depending on the situation. I had to pay a deposit of € 30 in cash for 4 carpets. Note: The deposit can only be paid in cash. The final invoice can also be paid by card on site. The costs for cleaning are calculated per m2. The carpets can be picked up 2-3 weeks later. The price for the clean and precise work is perfectly fine. The carpets are packed in plastic and returned perfectly cleaned. Thank you very much for the great service!
