Nach dem ERSTEN tragen, habe ich erhebliche Verschmutzungen wahrgenommen. Die Hose wurde nur zum Skifahren genutzt. Also normale Verschmutzung. Ich bin es gewohnt, dass man Verschmutzungen, wenn überhaupt vorhanden, bei Outdoormaterial, sehr einfach beseitigen kann. Nicht bei diesem Stoff! Leider ist es nicht möglich, Schmutz zu entfernen. Sowas ist, bei dem Preis, nicht hinnehmbar! Als ich den Hersteller kontaktierte, bekam ich nur Standartausreden und unfreundliche Antworten. Ich solle mich an den Verkäufer wenden. Was hat der damit zu tun??? Ich würde keine Waren, dieser Firma, empfehlen. Schlechte Qualität und unfreundlich! Last year, I bought ski pants, the GTS Sports brand. Appearance, functionality, etc. have convinced me. After the FIRST wear, I have noticed significant pollution. The pants were used only for skiing. So normal pollution. I am used to the fact that one can very easily eliminate soiling, if any, with outdoor material. Not with this substance! Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove dirt. Something is, at the price, unacceptable! When I contacted the manufacturer, I only got standard excuses and unfriendly answers. I should contact the seller. What does that have to do with it ??? I would not recommend any goods, this company. Bad quality and unfriendly!

Auch für meine Kids sind die Jacken perfekt zum toben draußen im Kindergarten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat mich überzeugt! Daumen hoch :) We recommend!!! I've been buying this brand for years and because I go hiking a lot I need a few outfits a year. For my kids, too, the jackets are perfect for romping outside in kindergarten. Und als ich kürzlich doch einmal eine Reklamation hatte, wurde meine eMail innerhalb von einem Tag vom customer service beantwortet und eine wirklich kulante Lösung gefunden. Danke dafür, das ist nicht selbstverständlich! In my opinion, Gts-sports has youthfully fresh items with a really good price / performance ratio. And when I recently had a complaint, my email was answered by customer service within a day and a really accommodating solution was found. Thanks for that, that is not a matter of course!
