Es stellte sich heraus dass mein Computer kostengünstig repariert werden konnte. Die Reparatur selbst war innerhalb eines Tages erledigt. The only one of 4 sellers who did not immediately advise me to buy a new one! I got an appointment at short notice to carry out an error diagnosis. It turned out to be mine Computer could be repaired cheaply. The repair itself was done within a day.

Er hat die Lebensdauer meines MacBooks durch seine kompetenten Hilfeleistungen in den letzten Jahren sicher bereits verdoppelt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit werden die technischen Probleme sowohl bei Mac- als auch bei Windowsbetriebenen Geräten gelöst. I can only warmly recommend Florian's work !!! He has certainly doubled the lifespan of my MacBook through his competent assistance in recent years. Ich war so erleichtert, dass ich mit seiner raschen Hilfe endlich spezielle chemische Software auch auf MacOS zum Laufen brachte. Er hat uns zudem bei der Anschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von Laptops und eines PCs super unterstützt. Er hat sofort verstanden, was wir wirklich brauchen und ausgeben müssen, ohne jeglichen Ballast. Besonders zeichnet ihn aus, dass er leicht verständlich und geduldig die Technik erklärt, insbesondere auch Senioren wie meinem Vater. I can only recommend Florian's IT solutions! I was so relieved that with his quick help I finally got special chemical software running on MacOS. He also gave us great support with the acquisition and commissioning of laptops and a PC. He immediately understood what we really need and have to spend, without any ballast. What sets him apart is that he patiently and easily explains the technology, especially to seniors like my father.

Mein PC-Problem wurde von Florian rasch behoben, es ist gut zu wissen, dass im Problemfall ein Anruf genügt und Florian sofort zu Hilfe eilt! :) Quick, uncomplicated and easy to understand, even for laypeople. Florian quickly fixed my PC problem, it is good to know that in the event of a problem, a phone call is enough and Florian comes to the rescue immediately! :)

Herr Testor hat mir den Computer in kürzester Zeit repariert. Mein PC ist wieder wie neu. Auch ein Ersatzgerät wurde angeboten. Ich war vom guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überrascht. Also, der nächste Lockdown kann kommen! It's lockdown - in the middle of an online meeting, the computer, an old device, gives up its ghost. Mr. Testor fixed the computer for me in no time. My PC is like new again. A replacement device was also offered. I was surprised by the good value for money. So, the next lockdown can come!
