Am Telefon muss ich mich NIE über eine Hotline ärgern, ich bekomme immer direkt von einer Dame einem Herrn vom nächsten Depot Auskunft und Hilfe. Mich persönlich freut immer der persönliche Kontakt und auch hier, die Fahrer sind einfach wirklich toll, hilfsbereit und vorallem gehen sie achtsam mit den Paketen um! Auch von unseren Kunden haben wir bis dato nur positives gehört. Laut meiner Erfahrung, warscheinlich das einzige Versandunternehmen über welches kein Kunde schimpfen kann. DANKE FÜR DIE ZUSAMMENARBEIT - ihr seid echt spitze! We (small business with growth potential) work together with appointment couriers and in the eagerness of the container something goes under with us every now and then, so it's all the more great when we have a shipping service provider who not only thinks for us but is also punctual, friendly and reliable. On the phone I NEVER have to be annoyed about a hotline, I always get information and help directly from a lady to a gentleman at the nearest depot. Personally, I always enjoy the personal contact and here too, the drivers are just really great, helpful and, above all, they handle the parcels carefully! So far, we have only heard positive things from our customers. In my experience, probably the only shipping company that no customer can scold about. Im Projektgeschäft zählt jede Minute und Zeit ist Geld. Bisher hat das immer gut geklappt. Man hängt auch nicht in langen Warteschlangen am Telefon fest, sondern bekommt immer eine/n freundliche/n und kompetente/n Dame oder Herrn an den Hörer. If I have to be 100% sure that the goods will be at the agreed place at the agreed time, then only with an appointment courier. In the project business, every minute counts and time is money. So far it has always worked well. You also don't get stuck in long queues on the phone, but always get a friendly and competent lady or gentleman on the phone.
