★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das unternehmen legt ein grenzenlos unprofeasionelles verhalten an den Tag das seinesgleichen sucht.
1er Druck wurde falsch zugeschnitten.
Im zweite Druck fehlen konturen bei objekten.
Sie geben zu das ihr Drucker das Problem ist sagen jedoch das das nicht ihre schuld/Problem sei und lehnen eine Reklamation ab.
Lieber ein paar € mehr in die Hand nehmen und dafür eine Firma wählen die einen über solche Probleme VOR dem Druck informiert
The company shows boundlessly unprofessional behavior that is second to none.
1 print was cropped incorrectly.
In the second print, contours are missing from objects.
They admit that their printer is the problem, but they say that it is not their fault and reject a complaint.
It is better to take a few € more in hand and choose a company to inform you about such problems BEFORE printing

Even after 2 phone calls and a personal visit on site I could not say what a 1.3 m² sheet metal cut in stainless steel costs. Altogether 3 coworkers were busy with my inquiry, nevertheless in the end nobody could call me a price. That was a bit frustrating and not so professional ...
