Ich kaufte in der Linzer Filiale einen Skywatcher 250/1200, welcher eine stark abfallende Kante am Spiegel aufwies. Das machte sich mit einem sehr seltsamen Muster bei hellen Sternen bemerkbar. Ich reklamierte das Produkt, daraufhin wurde der Spiegel ohne wenn und aber ausgetauscht. Danke!! Das zeigt mir erneut, wie wichtig es ist, lokal zu kaufen. At this point I would like to express a very big praise and thank you. I bought a Skywatcher 250/1200 in the Linz branch, which had a sharp edge on the mirror. This was noticeable in a very strange pattern with bright stars. I complained about the product, then the mirror was exchanged without ifs and buts. Thank you!! This again shows me how important it is to buy locally.

Das in Kombination mit einer informativen Homepage beantwortete all meine Fragen. Bleibt nur der Wunsch nach einem klaren Sternenhimmel offen. Corona makes it harder for those willing to shop. But here it was solved great, you can just call and get top advice. That in combination with an informative homepage answered all my questions. All that remains is the wish for a clear, starry sky.
