M	Mausi Spatzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäuferinnen haben es wirklich nicht einfach beim Tedi in Reutte. Sie sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, obwohl die Damen immer am arbeiten sind, nehmen sie sich die Zeit und führen uns zu den gewünschten Artikeln. Trotz des vielen Umbauens sieht das große Geschäft sehr ordentlich aus. Was allerdings an manchen Tagen sehr nervig ist, sind einige Kinder! Man hat das Gefühl, dass diese Kinder alleine im Laden sind! Diese Kinder sind laut, quengelig, schreien in ihrer Sprache und dürfen sich im Geschäft austoben, als wären sie auf dem Spielplatz. Sie fassen alles an und bringen viele Artikel durcheineinander, wie es ihnen passt. Es kommt absolut keine Mahnung von der "Mama", "Tante", oder Familie. Wir haben das schon öfters beobachten können, weil wir Stammkunden sind. Für ältere Kunden ist das sehr unangenehm. Die Damen brauchen wirklich starke Nerven!!! Was wir auch nicht verstehen können, dass Erwachsene einfach Artikel aus der Verpackung nehmen und dann irgendwo ablegen und nicht kaufen. Bitte wo bleibt da der Hausverstand? Denkt doch bitte an andere Kunden, die den Artikel sehr gerne kaufen würden! Sehr angenehm ist auch, das die Mitarbeiter für die Kunden die Filiale im Obermarkt anrufen und sich nach bestimmten Artiken erkundigen. Wir konnten auch überraschend feststellen, das die kleine Filiale im Obermarkt Reutte sehr übsichtlich, sauber und freundlich geworden ist. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das ganzeTeam. They are friendly and very helpful, although the ladies are always working, they take the time and lead us to the items we want. Despite all the renovation work, the big store looks very neat. What is very annoying on some days, however, are some children! You get the feeling that these children are alone in the shop! These children are loud, cranky, scream in their language and are allowed to let off steam in the shop as if they were in the playground. They handle everything and mix up a lot of items as they please. There is absolutely no reminder from the "mom", "aunt", or family. We have seen this several times because we are regular customers. This is very uncomfortable for older customers. The ladies really need strong nerves! What we also cannot understand is that adults simply take items out of the packaging and then put them somewhere and do not buy them. Please, where is the common sense? Please think of other customers who would like to buy this item! It is also very pleasant that the employees call the branch in Obermarkt for customers and inquire about certain items. We were also able to find, surprisingly, that the small branch in Obermarkt Reutte has become very common, clean and friendly. Many thanks to the whole team.
