e	ed butcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor einigen Jahren bei Technosert gearbeitet war viele Jahre da.Als Lohnfertiger hat es die Firma nicht leicht zu bestehen.Dennoch sollte der Geschäftsführer mehr auf sein teils gut qualifiziertes Personal hören.Mit einigen Jahren Abstand würde ich 2 bis 3 objektive Sterne geben . I worked at Technosert a few years ago and was there for many years. As a contract manufacturer, the company does not have an easy time of survival. Nevertheless, the managing director should listen more to his sometimes well-qualified staff. With a few years' distance I would give 2 to 3 objective stars.

Mitarbeiter werden geschunden, der Umgangston ist schrecklich und beleidigend und eine Fluktuation die seines gleichen sucht. Wer am überlegen ist, hier zu arbeiten, sollte nochmals tief in sich gehen, denn leiden kann man überall anders auch! @Josef: schön dass für dich alles passt! du bist schließlich auch daneben gesessen als der Consultant der Astera mich als zu blöd beschimpft hat! Freut mich wirklich, dass für dich alles passt!! Lustig jedenfalls, dass sich hier die Geschäftsführung selbst 5 *** gibt, das sagt eigentlich schon alles! Es ist eine Schande was eine Firma in Österreich alles machen kann mit den Arbeitnehmern. A friend of mine works in this company. Dismissed internally long ago, but due to his old age, he unfortunately endures everything. It is a shame what a company in Austria can do with its employees.

Der Herr führt sich auf wie ein Elefant im Porzellanladen auf, er tut der Firma keinen Gefallen sondern zerstört alles mit seiner brachialen Art. Das Unternehmen ist ein Beispiel dafür wie es genau NICHT geht. So nicht! Die Arbeitnehmer erwirtschaften den Gewinn, ohne sie steht die Firma vor dem nichts. Since the management consultant got into the company, everything has gone to the dogs. The gentleman acts like an elephant in a china shop, he does not do the company a favor but destroys everything with his brute nature. The company is an example of exactly how NOT to do it. Not like that! The workers make a profit, without them the company faces nothing.
