Man kann sich alles ansehen, wenn man Fragen zur Befestigung hat oder zur Montage bei leichten Gefälle von Terrassen stößt man auf totale Unwissenheit. Ein Verkaufstechniker wäre unbedingt nötig. Wenn es den gegeben hätte, dann hätte ich mir die 30 Meter Geländer sofort bestellt, in dem Fall leider nicht. Infos die man selber auch sieht bekommt man, Rest Fehlanzeige. Erst bei der Montage im Februar 2022 habe ich einen falsch gelieferten Handlauf reklamiert. Diese Fehllieferung wurde von den Mitarbeiter der Firma Technometall sofort korrigiert und kostenlos nachgeliefert. Auch wurde kurz danach tel. nachgefragt ob alles behoben wurde. Perfekt - besser geht nicht! Nochmals vielen Dank für die perfekte Kundenbetreuung. I ordered a stainless steel railing in November 2021, and it was delivered promptly in the best quality. It was not until the assembly in February 2022 that I complained about a handrail that had been delivered incorrectly. This incorrect delivery was immediately corrected by the employees of Technometall and delivered free of charge. Shortly thereafter, tel. asked if everything was fixed. Perfect - couldn't be better!
