Duech Heizungszählertausch abgebrochene Kunststoffteile werden in der Wohnung einfach liegen gelassen und mit den Straßenschuhen (warum soll man sich seine Treter in einer fremden Wohnung auch ausziehen) in den weichen Parkett eingetreten. Merkt man an, dass man die neuen Zähler nicht mit 0 sondern mit 0,3m³ eingebaut bekommen hat, wird man frech belehrt, dass das eh nur 30! Liter sind und die Zähler müssen ja auch getestet werden. EINE FRECHHEIT. 1.) 0,3m³ sind 300 Liter ! 2.) getestet wird bitte NICHT auf meine Kosten! Das sind geeichte Messmittel. Würde meine Meinung nach also schon in den Betrug hineinreichen!! Alles in Allem bin ich extrem unzufrieden mit dieser Firma. Auch Selbstablesungen werden verrechnet, was lt. AK nicht zulässig ist, aber da es nicht ausjudiziert ist, dürfen sie offenbar machen was sie wollen. Pfui. Staff is rude. Due to the replacement of the heating meter, broken-off plastic parts are simply left in the apartment and with the street shoes (why should one take off one's treads in a foreign apartment) into the soft parquet. If you notice that the new meters were not installed with 0 but with 0.3m³, you will be cheekily instructed that this is only 30 anyway! Are liters and the meters must also be tested. AN IMPUDENCE. 1.) 0.3m³ is 300 liters! 2.) please do NOT test at my expense! These are calibrated measuring devices. In my opinion, it would already reach into the fraud !! All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. Self-readings are also charged, which is not permitted according to the AK, but since it is not audited, they can obviously do what they want. Pooh.

Hatscht mit Straßenschuhen in die Wohnung, haut die Tür mit Karacho zu, steigt auf meine Kabel drauf, entschuldigt sich nicht und redet einen auch noch blöd an - soll ich vielleicht das nächste Mal einen roten Teppich ausrollen und ein paar Keks anbieten?!? Augen auf bei der Berufswahl! Uncool! Meter readers rude! Niemand ist gekommen , telefonisch nicht erreichbar , hab 3 std umsonst gewartet . Danke für nichts ?? Appointment assignment? A disaster! Waited for a callback for 2 weeks then afterwards email traffic, answer once a week! Appointment received about 2 months later. Nobody came, couldn't be reached by phone, waited 3 hours in vain. Thanks for nothing ??

Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die sich persönlich drum kümmern wollte, meldet sich auch nicht mehr. Hmm ? Despite verifiable written information about our move, 4 months later it was still debited, called at least 10 times, and waited countless times for a call back in vain. Dann muss man mal dringend für 5 min weg, es werden keine 5 min gewartet, dann wollen sie auch noch über 30€ für diese Frechheit. Kundenservice antwortet nicht. Ganz schwache Leistung. Very awful company Want to come to the heating to read off, you take the day off. Don't come from here for ages. Then you urgently have to go for 5 minutes, there are no waiting 5 minutes, then they also want over € 30 for this cheek. Customer service doesn't answer. Very poor performance.
