Ich bin Mieter in einer Wohnung in 2700 wiener neustadt und werden jedes Jahr aufs neue extrem abgezockt. Wir haben an unsrer Heizung ein digitales ablesen Gerät das aber nicht benutzt wird oder wurde bis her denn die Heiz kosten von unserem Wohnhaus wird durch alle wohner im Haus aufgeteilt, völlig egal ob du ein Jahr nicht in der Wohnung heizen tust oder doch... Dieser Firma ist nur eines wichtig, dass kleine Leute im Monat viel Geld bezahlen an diese Ver..... FIRMA. WENN IRGENDWER DIE MÖGLICHKEIT HAT BITTE NEHMT EINE ANDERE ABRECHNUNGSFIRMA FÜR WARM WASSER UND HEIZUNG. Simply the top company for rip off high 10 .. If possible I would give this company -5 stars. I am a tenant in an apartment in 2700 wiener neustadt and are extremely ripped off every year. We have a digital reading device on our heating which is not used or has been used up to now because the heating costs of our house is shared by all residents in the house, regardless of whether you do not heat in the apartment for a year or at all ... Only one thing is important to this company that little people pay a lot of money to this company every month. IF SOMEONE HAS THE POSSIBILITY PLEASE TAKE ANOTHER BILLING COMPANY FOR HOT WATER AND HEATING.

Can report from today's use only positive, the exchange of the meter was easy, as was the delivery note in advance the time noted where I was not there (1.5h), which I had informed Techem in advance.
K	Katharina Randolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kanns nicht glauben, dass im Jahr 2021 - und noch dazu während einer Pandemie - immernoch jemand zum Zähler ablesen kommen muss. Habt ihr zu viel Geld?? Wie wäre es mit Selbstablesung? Foto hochladen auf ein online Tool, Zähler aufrüsten für Fernablesung, gäbe x bessere Möglichkeiten als jemanden von Wohnung zu Wohnung zu schicken. You can't believe that in 2021 - and during a pandemic at that - someone will still have to come and read the meter. Do you have too much money? How about a self-reading? Uploading photos to an online tool, upgrading meters for remote reading, there are x better ways than sending someone from apartment to apartment.

Komme gegen Abend heim, kein Wasser läuft, Techniker ist einfach verschwunden, lässt den Versorgungsraum im Mehrparteienhaus mit der gesamten Energieversorgung auf, kein Not Dienst erreichbar..nicht zu fassen. Zero stars! Today a technician did something on the water in the basement. I come home in the evening, no water is running, the technician has simply disappeared, leaves the utility room in the apartment building with the entire energy supply, no emergency service available ... cannot be grasped.
d	didi f. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heut war Techem bei mir u hat die neuen Zähler montiert , eine Stunde danach hatte ich in der Küche nachgeschaut weil ich ein Tropfen gehört hatte. Im Küchenkasten (teure Einbauküche vom Tischler)war alles total durchnässt. Hatte es dem Monteur gesagt der noch im Haus war, er ist dann auch wieder in meine Wohnung gekommen u behauptet ich hätte die Schuld, danach hatte er mein Wasser abgedreht u gesagt... jetzt Tropft nix mehr. Logisch das nix mehr tropft , hab halt jetzt kein Wasser mehr in der Küche . Jetzt sitz ich ohne Wasser u einer kaputten Küche da , das ist das Ergebnis, wenn man diese Leut ins Haus lässt. Hatte natürlich schon eine Mail an Techem geschickt , leider keine Antwort. Völs 8.2.2021 , meine Kinder dürfen nicht in die Schule aber man muss Monteure ins Haus lassen die dir die Küche ruinieren ohne davor ein Problem gehabt zu haben. Foto ist vom Schlauch den ich kaputt gemacht hätte . Techem was with me today and installed the new meters, an hour later I looked in the kitchen because I heard a drop. In the kitchen cabinet (expensive fitted kitchen from the carpenter) everything was completely soaked. Had told the fitter who was still in the house, he then came back to my apartment and said I was to blame, then he turned off my water and said ... now nothing drips anymore. Logically that nothing drips anymore, now I have no more water in the kitchen. Now I'm sitting there with no water and a broken kitchen, that's the result when you let these people into the house. Had of course already sent an email to Techem, unfortunately no answer. Völs February 8th, 2021, my children are not allowed to go to school but you have to let fitters into the house to ruin your kitchen without having had a problem before.
