Ich emfehle euch,wenn Ihr irgendeines Problem mit eurem Handy habt,solltet Ihr sofort zum Techaus gehen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Handy hatte Wasserschaden. Er hat gemeint, wenn es nicht allzu schlimm ist, wäre das um einen aus meiner Sicht sehr günstigen Preis zu erledigen. Leider war der Schaden inzwischen zu groß, da seit dem Wassereintritt ein paar Tage vergangen waren. Er hat mir Fotos von den Schäden gezeigt, mir das Handy zurückgegeben und gar nichts verlangt.
Machte auf mich einen seriösen Eindruck, werde bei Bedarf sicher wieder hingehen.

Unfortunately, the damage had become too great as a few days had passed since the water had entered. He showed me photos of the damage, returned the cell phone to me and didn't ask anything.
Made a serious impression on me, will definitely go again if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor 2 Wochen einen Lautsprecher für ein altes s8+ per Mail bestellt und innerhalb kürzester Zeit per Postweg erhalten. Leider war mein Mail dumm verfasst, ich brauchte den Ohrlautsprecher haben. Netterweise hat mir der Verkäufer ohne Umstände und völlig unkompliziert das richtige Teil kostenfrei nachgeliefert. Dieses Verhalten finde ich extrem nett, und wäre ansich gar nicht so zu erwarten für mich als Käufer. Ich werde somit weiterhin meine Teile dort bestellen. Genau so kann man Kunden nachhaltig überzeugen.
I ordered a loudspeaker for an old s8 + by email 2 weeks ago and received it by post within a very short time. Unfortunately my mail was written stupidly, I needed the ear speaker. The seller was kind enough to deliver the correct part to me free of charge and without any hassle. I find this behavior extremely nice, and in itself would not be expected for me as a buyer. I will therefore continue to order my parts there. This is exactly how you can convince customers over the long term.
