★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine Filiale, unfreundliche Angestellte besonders was Kinder betrifft, wurde unfreundlich angeschnauzt als ich gefragt habe ob meine 3 jährige Tochter die Toilette benutzen darf. Für mich sowieso unverständlich wie man Kaffee und Kuchen a la Kaffeehaus anbieten kann und dann der Toilettengang verweigert wird.
Small branch, unfriendly employees, especially as far as children are concerned, was scolded rude when I asked if my 3 year old daughter is allowed to use the toilet. For me anyway incomprehensible how to offer coffee and cake a la cafe and then the toilet is denied.

I was in the branch today. Such a nice and polite employee is seldom found today. The tchibo can be proud of the employee. It is always a pleasure to visit this branch. Keep it up please.
