Ich habe eine Mitarbeiterin nach einer bestimmten Kapselkaffeesorte gefragt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie die Woche darauf kommen würde, da der Lieferant diese Woche vergessen hatte.
Bei besagter folgender Woche wurde mir gesagt, dass sie "so einen Schwachsinn" noch nie gehört habe und dass sie von der Sorte erst recht noch nie gehört hatte. Als ich ihr ein Foto vom Onlineshop zeigte, meinte die Verkäuferin, dass es schon sein könnte, dass sich dieser Kaffee im Lager befinden könnte. Auf meine Bitte nachzusehen, wurde ich ausgelacht und mir wurde gesagt, dass sie keine Lust habe nachzusehen.
Seitdem bestelle ich nur mehr online, da ich solche Mitarbeiter nicht unterstützen möchte!
Staff extremely unfriendly!
I asked an employee about a particular type of capsule coffee. I was told that she would get it the week after the supplier had forgotten that week.
At the following week I was told that she had never heard "such nonsense" and that she had never heard of the kind. When I showed her a photo of the online shop, the seller said that it could be that this coffee could be in the warehouse. At my request to look, I was laughed at and told that she didn't want to look.
Since then I only order online because I don't want to support such employees!
