★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur sagen das die ersten paar JAHRE OK waren. Aber dann kam die Kündigung im Krankheitsfall obwohl es ein Arbeitsunfall war.Kein Nachfragen nach den Umständen oder ähnliches. Aber egal jeder Arbeitnehmer der bei dieser Firma anfängt sollte am besten nicht selbstständig denken können dies ist dort nicht erwünscht. Ich kann das nur aus meiner Erfahrung heraus kund tun. Auch das miteinander von Arbeitnehmer und Bauleiter innerhalb der Firma ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es soll sich jeder Arbeitnehmer sein eigenes Bild machen. Ich betone dies nochmal das sind meine Erfahrungen.Ich wünsche der Firma viel Erfolg bei den nächsten Bauunternehmen aber man sollte die Arbeitnehmer nicht herab behandeln.
I can only say that the first couple of YEARS were OK. But then I got dismissed in case of illness even though it was an accident at work. No questions about the circumstances or anything like that. But no matter every employee who starts at this company, it is best not to be able to think for themselves, this is not desirable there. I can only make this known from my experience. The interaction between employees and site managers within the company also left a lot to be desired. Every employee should make up his own mind. I would like to emphasize again that these are my experiences. I wish the company every success with the next construction company, but one should not treat the workers down.
