★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hätten einen Bus für 7 Personen organisiert, doch der Bus traff nie ein. Ich rief insgesamt 10 mal nach, wobei 2 mal wer ran ging. 1stes mal 15min nach Bestellung. Da hieß es ca.15min nach Telefonat trifft das Taxi ein. Nach gesagter Wartezeit rief ich erneut mehrmals nach, wobei nach 5 Versuchen erst wer erreichbar war. Diese Person versicherte mir dann, dass sie mit bestellten Taxifahrer Kontakt aufnimmt und der Taxifahrer dann mich anruft und genau sagt, wenn dieser uns abholt...
Passierte leider nie und wir mussten einen anderen Weg finden
We would have organized a bus for 7 people, but the bus never arrived. I called a total of 10 times, with 2 times someone answered. 1st time 15min after order. It was said that the taxi would arrive about 15 minutes after the phone call. After said waiting time I called again several times, whereby only after 5 attempts someone was reachable. This person then assured me that they would contact the appointed taxi driver and the taxi driver would call me and say exactly when he would pick us up...
Unfortunately it never happened and we had to find another way
