S	Sarah Kuhn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Zumutung Haben ein Taxi für 3 Personen schon 25 min. im vorhinein bestellt, dass uns (verspätet) nicht mitnehmen konnte, weil es schon voll war. Die Aussage der (unfreundlichen!) Fahrerin "Vielleicht holen wir Sie nachher noch ab" fanden wir unmöglich. Wir warteten und riefen nach einiger Zeit wieder an, und es hieß dass uns in 5-6 min. das taxi abholen würde. Nada. beim 3. anruf wurden wir weggedrückt. Wir sind letztenendes bei der Konkurrenz eingestiegen, die inzwischen schon 1 mal ins outletcenter und zurück gefahren ist. Könnte man 0 Sterne geben, würde ich das tun, abgesehen davon sind die 5 sterne bewertungen wahrscheinlich gekauft. An imposition Have a taxi for 3 people already 25 minutes. Ordered in advance that we couldn't take us (late) because it was already full. We found the statement of the (unfriendly!) Driver "maybe we will pick you up later" impossible. We waited and called again after a while, and it was said that we would be in 5-6 minutes. the taxi would pick up. Nada. on the 3rd call we were pushed away. At the end of the day, we got involved with the competition, which has since gone to the outlet center and back once. If you could give 0 stars, I would, apart from that the 5 star reviews are probably bought.

Für die Fahrt von Höflein nach Göttlesbrunn ca. 6 km am 11. 05.19 um 19:45h hat uns der Fahrer von Taxi Abraham satte 26,-€ verrechnet! Ich konnte das nicht glauben, doch der Fahrer meinte, der Chef hat gesagt, er muss einen Aufschlag verrechnen. Am Montag habe ich den Chef angerufen, er war äußerst unfreundlich. Mit Mühe und Not hat er mir dann erklärt, dass der Fahrer mir eine falsch Strecke verrechnet hat. Diese Fahrt kostet 13€ + 6€ Zuschlag für die Anfahrt von ihrem Stützpunkt = 19 €. Den zu viel bezahlten Betrag wird er mir überweisen. Zurück gegen 22:30h habe ich dann Taxi Bruck angerufen und gleich vor der Bestellung mach dem Preis gefragt. Bei Taxi Bruck hat die gleiche Strecke viel später am Abend nur 15,-€ gekostet :-). Tipp: immer bei der Bestellung des Taxis nach dem Preis fragen, um solche böse Überraschungen zu vermeiden. More expensive than others in the area and rude. For the ride from Höflein to Göttlesbrunn about 6 km on 11. 05.19 at 19: 45h the driver of Taxi Abraham charged us a whopping 26, - €! I could not believe that, but the driver said the boss said he had to charge a premium. On Monday I called the boss, he was extremely rude. With great difficulty, he then told me that the driver has charged me a wrong route. This trip costs 13 € + 6 € supplement for the journey from their base = 19 €. He will transfer the overpaid amount to me. Back at 22: 30h I called then Taxi Bruck and just before the order asked the price. At Taxi Bruck the same route cost much later in the evening only 15, - € :-). Tip: always ask when ordering the taxi for the price to avoid such nasty surprises.

Der Termin wurde auch schriftlich vom Unternehmen bestätigt. Allerdings kam kein Taxi zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Auf telefonische Nachfrage erhielt ich von einem extrem unhöflichen Mitarbeiter die Auskunft es sei kein Termin eingetragen, kein Auto verfügbar - ich solle doch selber fahren, hat aufgelegt und war nicht mehr erreichbar!!! Zu betonen ist hier, es handelte sich nicht um eine Shoppingtour, sondern um eine Fahrt ins Krankenhaus! NULL Kundenorientierung der Mitarbeiter, kein Versuch das Problem zu lösen, nur unfreundlich und unhöflich! Unreliable and unfriendly employees! Organized an appointment to transport my mother to the hospital because I live far away. The appointment was also confirmed in writing by the company. However, no taxi came at the agreed time. On telephone demand, I received from an extremely rude employee the information there was no date entered, no car available - I should drive but hung up and was not available !!! To emphasize here is, it was not a shopping trip, but a drive to the hospital! Zero customer orientation of the staff, no attempt to solve the problem, only unfriendly and rude!

The girl in the return way drive in without respect drive’s rules and when we arrived at the station, she requested a payment by cash. We explained that we paid with card going to the outlet, and she become CRAZY. She SLAM the door and she shout in an aggressive way against my girlfriend. She wanted to take us again to the outlet. We resolved paying the other driver, meet fortunately on the road. We pay 10 euro instead of 7 (3 euro more, just because we have just card and no cash!!!!!). That’s better to take a bolt, or reach the outlet by walk, instead to be attacked by a nervous girl, completely frustrated. I would give 0 stars, if was possible.
