Bei der Hinfahrt war die von uns bestellte Babyschale nicht im Auto, obwohl wir dafür 5 Euro Aufpreis bezahlt hatten. Die Rückfahrt hatten wir zwei Tage im voraus gebucht und auch eine Bestätigung per E-Mail bekommen. Zum vereinbarten Termin war das Taxi nicht da und als wir den Fahrer kontaktierten, wirkte dieser orientierungslos und bat uns schließlich bei einem anderen Unternehmen ein Taxi zu bestellen. Auf diese Weise hätten wir fast unseren Zug verpasst. I would never book a ride with this taxi company again. On the outward journey, the baby seat we ordered was not in the car, although we had paid an extra 5 euros for it. We had booked the return trip two days in advance and received a confirmation by email. The taxi wasn't there at the agreed time and when we contacted the driver, he seemed disoriented and finally asked us to order a taxi from another company. That way we almost missed our train.

Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da trotz bestätigter Vorreservierung das Taxi bei der Hinfahrt zum besagten Zeitpunkt leider nicht da war. Dies wurde jedoch umgehend nach Anruf gelöst und durch ein Ersatztaxi kamen die Gäste noch rechtzeitig an. We used the taxi service for a shuttle service to and from the Platzlalm. The trips worked without any problems and at a fair price. There is a star deduction because, despite a confirmed reservation, the taxi was unfortunately not there for the outward journey at the said time. However, this was resolved immediately after the call and a replacement taxi made the guests arrive on time.

Bei weiteren Anrufen wurden wir einfach weggedrückt und mussten uns ein anderes Taxi rufen. Taxi Tribus war dann innerhalb von 3 min da. A waiting time of 5-10 minutes was agreed by telephone and after 1 hour there was still no taxi. With further calls we were simply pushed away and had to call another taxi. Taxi Tribus was there within 3 minutes.

ABER mein Account wurde eh gehackt, hatte bei EBAY,WILLHABEN,AMAZON, usw. ähnliche Probleme! SORRY! That was not me! I have nothing to do with the rating! There are no reasons for me; because I haven't used this service yet! BUT my account was hacked anyway, had similar problems with EBAY, WILLHABEN, AMAZON, etc.! SORRY!

Leider waren wir gezwungen nach einer Stunde ein anderes Taxi zu rufen, da wir bei erneuten Anrufen weggedrückt wurden und später keiner mehr unseren Anruf entgegennahm. Nicht empfehlenswert. After we asked for a waiting time of 15 minutes on the mobile phone, the driver promised us 5-10 minutes until he picks us up at our location. Unfortunately we were forced to call another taxi after an hour, as we were pushed away when we called again and later no one answered our call. Not recommended.
