Erst fuhr er zu schnell in einer 30er zone, und anschließend weil der Mopedfahrer nicht schneller als 30 fuhr betätigte er die "licht Hupe" damit der Moped Fahrer schneller fahren sollte. Der Mopedfahrer drehte sich während dem Fahren um und deutete den "vogel" zu dem Taxifahrer. Als der Mopedfahrer jedoch immer noch nicht schneller als 30 fuhr, fuhr der Taxi Fahrer dem Mopedfahrer gefährlich auf, sodass wenn der Mopedfahrer abrupt bremsen hätte müssen er auf dem Taxi bzw unter dem Taxi gelegen hätte. So einen Taxi bzw Verkehrsteilnehmer wie diesen Taxi fahrer braucht man nicht! The driver of the black Mercedes with the registration number I 1580 TX does not seem to know any traffic rules. Wenn ich nicht zur Seite gesprungen wäre.... Eine Augenzeugin kann das bestätigen..... Wahnsinn!!!! Der Fahrer hat sich zwar entschuldigt, aber das nutz hinterher nichts, wenn was passiert wäre. Auf meine telefonische Nachfrage meinte die Dame unfreundlich sie hätten kein Auto, keine rechtzeitige Info, keine Entschuldigung! Storno per App kam erst nach meinem Telefonat (ohne Begründung für das Storno)! Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!! Ride pre-ordered via app (2 hours before departure!), Taxi didn't come! On my telephone request, the lady said rude that she had no car, no timely information, no excuse! Cancellation via app only came after my phone call (without a reason for the cancellation)! Definitely not to be recommended!

J	Jacques Vrolijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a taxi to travel to the train station in the middle of the night, got confirmation (although in italian). 7 min before pickup I get a confirmation that the taxi will arrive soon, 2min later I get a notification the taxi has been cancelled. Luckily I made the train by going by foot.
B	Bart Keulen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. The website is offered in German and English language, so naturally I assumed I can reserve a taxi in English. Well not. After saying three words in English I was interrupted with 'ICH VERSTEHE NICHT, ICH VERSTEHE NICHT!!' and the lady hung up. She didn't even give me the chance to try and talk in German.
