★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total unfreundlich am Telefon. Anstatt freundlich zu Kunden zu sein, obwohl man davon ausgeht, dass ein Unternehmen wie dieses ja von Kunden lebt, wird man unhöflich behandelt.
Den 2. Stern vergebe ich nur, weil der Taxifahrer der mich abgeholt hat wirklich nett war!
So ein Unternehmen wie dieses, kann froh sein, so einen Mitarbeiter zu haben !
Totally rude on the phone. Instead of being friendly to customers, even though you assume that a company like this depends on customers, you are treated rudely.
I only give the 2nd star because the taxi driver who picked me up was really nice!
A company like this can be lucky to have such an employee!
