Als kein Taxi kam, rief ich an und mir wurde ein Rückruf bzw ein Taxi in 10 min versichert. Zum Glück konnte ich über die BOLT app direkt Ersatz finden und meinen Flug noch erreichen. Bei so einem schlechten und mehr als unzuverlässigen Service werde ich dem alten Taxigewerbe keine Träne hinterherweinen. ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE !!! Pre-booked a taxi for my hotel early in the morning. When no taxi came, I called and I was assured of a call back or a taxi in 10 minutes. Fortunately, I was able to find replacements directly via the BOLT app and still get to my flight. With such poor and more than unreliable service, I will not cry tears after the old taxi business.

Ich erklärte ihm, daß er nsch der Unerfühtung der Eisenbahnn ein Linksabbiegeverbot für große LKW sehen würde. Hier müsse er links abbiegen, dann käme er zu dieser Hausnummer vor der ich stehe. Nach etwa 10 Munuten war das Taxi noch immer nicht da. Ich wollte gersde den Taxifunk nochmals anrifen, als ein anderes Taxi kam welches offenbar das Problem am Funk gehöt hatte und in der Nähe war. Natürlich bin ich mit diesem gefahren, denn ich nshm nicht an,da8 der andere Fahrer jemsls dorthin gefunden hätte. Ich bin der Ansicht, daß ein schwechater Taxifahrer sich in Schwechat auch auskennen müßte. I ordered a taxi. The driver called me that this house number didn't exist. I explained to him that he would see a no-left turn ban for large trucks after the railroads had failed. Here he has to turn left, then he would come to this house number where I am standing. After about 10 minutes the taxi was still not there. I wanted to attack the taxi radio again when another taxi came which had apparently heard the problem on the radio and was nearby. Of course I drove with this one, because I don't suppose that the other driver would ever have found it. I am of the opinion that a weak taxi driver should also be familiar with Schwechat.
L	Lukas Wüst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter Fahrer, aber 65 Euro vom Flughafen in den 23. Bezirk? Bei aller Liebe, das passt für mich nicht. Der Fahrer hat sich zwar fast entschuldigt, nur das hat es auch nicht besser gemacht. Eine Woche vorher bin ich noch mit einem bestellten Wagen zum Flughafen für die Hälfte gefahren. Der Fahrer hat mir auch erklärt dass es jetzt ein bisschen teurer ist, weil Mietwagen und Taxi angeglichen wurden. Leider hab ich mich von dem leiten lassen und mir gedacht: "Na dann kannst eh gleich mit dem Taxi fahren" Großer Irrtum! Nie wieder. Nice driver, but 65 euros from the airport to the 23rd district? With all love, that doesn't suit me. The driver almost apologized, but that didn't make it any better. A week before I drove to the airport in an ordered car for half the price. The driver also explained to me that it is a bit more expensive now because rental cars and taxis have been aligned. Unfortunately I let myself be guided by him and thought to myself: "Well then you can take a taxi anyway" Big mistake! Never again.
E	Erich Odwody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl das Taxi 3 Tage vor einem wichtige OP-Termin bestellt wurde war um die vereinbarte Zeit kein Wagen da. 1/4 Stunde gewartet, dann ungeduldig angerufen am Funk, etwas ungehalten wurde geantwortet "der Wagen ist schon in der Nähe". Auch war vom ausgemachten Preis plötzlich keine Rede mehr, statt der ausgemachten 47.50 waren es auf einmal 58 Euro. Das ist absolut kein Service, es war die erste und auch gleich die letzte Fahrt Although the taxi was ordered 3 days before an important surgery appointment, there was no car at the agreed time. Waited 1/4 hour, then impatiently called the radio, the answer was somewhat angry "the car is already nearby". Suddenly there was no longer any question of the agreed price, instead of the agreed price of 47.50 it suddenly rose to 58 euros. This is absolutely no service, it was the first and also the last trip
S	Sav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundlicher und provokanter Taxi Fahrer, 63€ von Schweachat nach Floridsdorf und dann noch 2€ Zulage für Gepäck. Extremely unfriendly and provocative taxi driver, €63 from Schweachat to Floridsdorf and then an additional €2 for luggage.
K	Kimberlea Rawding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIP OFF! TOTALLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!! ZERO STAR! FIND ANOTHER WAY! We got into Vienna airport a couple weeks ago and everyone told us that the taxis, YOUR taxis were between 30 and 40 euros to get to city centre. However, you wanted 60 euros!! We were exhausted as your “organizer” knew and you took advantage of this. Why would you do that to people, your customers/guests??? We had a two year old with us and we had been flying for 24 hours, three flights with no sleep. Shame on you! In addition, we asked if we could have a driver who spoke English. Not really…? I cannot believe that! There were a hundred taxis lined up and nobody speaks English??? For 60 euros that is the least you could have done! Now, we have to go back to the airport and could get your service, but because of your bad ethics which does not care about your customers, you lose our business. It costs 35 euros for us to go to the airport not even close to 60 euros!! Terrible thing to do to your tourists especially considering it is their first impression of your beautiful city. Maybe you do not care about this situation, but bad reviews affect businesses and we will definitely share this disappointing experience. Unbelievable!
