Just wonderful. Unusual presentation, great service, will go back again and again

Don't ever choose this restaurant. I'm having diarrhoea after eating their food. They gave me old food which was not cooked properly.

What would you do if you only eat vegetarian food due to your religious belief and because of your love towards animals, when given a non-vegetarian dish even though you ordered a vegetarian dish?? Four of us went to this restaurant during our holidays in the evening for dinner, I ordered a Pure Veg Thali and we were mocked when we told to be particular about the quality of the food. We got the dish as in the picture and we started eating it, till we realized that there is something wrong. Instead of a vegetarian dish, we were served with a non-vegetarian dish which contained chicken and mutton curry. We immediately called the waiter and he realized his mistake. He said sorry which he obviously didn't mean. The owner came and apologized for his mistake and did not charge us for the food. (Which we would have paid anyway; that's not the point). We argued with the staff and with the owner, the manager a rude lady, whenever I think of her, I get really bad feeling for her and her behaviour, she told that I should have checked my food before eating, whether it was vegetarian. All of us were really upset with the whole experience and thought, what would have happened if this has happened with our orthodox Hindu parents, who follow a strict vegetarian diet due to their religious beliefs. All in all, we had a terrible experience there. I would like to forget that experience from my life. This is for all who might read this and will check their food once it arrives on the table.

Served drinks because we had to wait a few minutes, seated very quickly. Food was served quickly and was delicious. Fantastic service. Will visit again many times.

Thanks to Vicky, our host. We had a memorable lunch. We ordered : Fish tikka for starters. Non veg thali Chicken vindaloo. Every items was tasty. The fish starter was the best. The sabji and mutton was my favorite from the thali. And the complementary mango lassi as finisher was the best surprise we could imagine.

Serving authentic Indian food in the heart of the 3rd district, Taste of India is not to be missed! Great place to go for dinner with friends or family or to grab lunch (lunch combo only 8€!!). Staff is super friendly and can recommend anything according to your tastes.

Beautiful and delicious surprise, coupled with friendly service. One of the best naans I've ever tried. Asked for extra spicy to deal with a cold night in Vienna. Male toilet was very clean, extra points for that.
