C	Chri “Gri” Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben auch eine Profitec 500 erstanden, wahrscheinlich auch weil sie von der Verkäuferin beworben wurde. Maschine war dann eine Woche nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung kaputt. Erster günstiger Reparaturversuch wurde direkt im Geschäft abgewickelt. (Ca.40€). Nach einer Woche musste die Maschine nach Wien. (Aufgrund von Kulanz hat es dann nur € 300,-- gekostet). Zwei Wochen später war die Maschine wieder kaputt. Kosten ca. 5 €. Ich habe sie selbst repariert. Seitdem gibt es seit ca. 2 Jahren keine Probleme mehr. Würde ich noch einmal bei Taste it kaufen? Sicher nicht. We also bought a Profitec 500, probably also because it was advertised by the seller. The machine was then broken a week after the warranty expired. The first cheap repair attempt was made directly in the shop. (About 40 €). After a week the machine had to go to Vienna. (Due to goodwill it only cost € 300, -). Two weeks later the machine broke again. Cost about 5 €. I fixed it myself. Since then there have been no more problems for about 2 years. Would I buy from Taste it again? Certainly not.

Eine Mail-Anfrage über die Verfügbarkeit meiner Wunschmaschine wurde sogar am Sonntag freundlich von der Geschäftsführerin beantwortet. Termin gleich am Morgen für eine Beratung vereinbart. Etwas zu bald vorm Geschäft, wurde ich schon vor Ladenöffnung ins Geschäft gebeten. Da ich mich speziell für die schwarze Sonderedition der ECM Synchronika interessierte, wurde mir angeboten das Gerät aus der Verpackung zu holen, obwohl gleiches Gerät als Vorführer schon in Betrieb war. Ein sehr kompetenter Verkäufer bereitete mir einen leckeren Espresso speziell von dem Modell meines Interesses zu. Seine Kolleging zeigte mir ein paar TRicks in Sachen Latte Art. Auch Vor- und Nachteile zu anderen Geräten wurden mir erklärt. Bei einem wirklich netten Gespräch entschloss ich mich dann das Gerät zu kaufen. Für die Barzahlung gabs dann noch ein Dankeschön obendrauf. Ich bedanke mich für das tolle Einkaufserlebnis und da ich nicht so weit weg wohne, werden wir uns bald wiedersehen. vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Great store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A little too soon in front of the shop, I was asked into the shop before the shop opened. Since I was particularly interested in the black special edition of the ECM Synchronika, I was offered to get the device out of the packaging, even though the same device was already in operation as a demonstrator. A very competent salesman prepared me a delicious espresso specially from the model of my interest. His colleague showed me a few latte art tricks. The advantages and disadvantages of other devices were also explained to me. After a really nice conversation I decided to buy the device. There was also a thank you for the cash payment.
