Forget about the welcome atmosphere in Austria, this place is just for making quick money.
Breakfast is on top of daily price and is bad value for money.
I ordered one Kaiserschrammen for my young son and myself for desert, but got one with raisins in rum. We did not like this and asked for one without rum. How foolish I was regarding the 'chef'. Just wipe it off he said. Lot of arguments, but no replacement.
Even the next morning he did insist I pay for this, but I refused. Come on, you amateur! Let me feel I'm the welcomed guest in your house.
The area is beautiful and a really must see, but forget about staying here for the night. It is simply not friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best mountain huts in Austria! The view was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly to my family with children. The food was delicious and the rooms were very clean and neat. All in all, a perfect two night stay in the mountains. My family and I will be back.
