★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wat een beklimming; 700 hoogtemeter over een afstand van maar 2 km of zoiets. sterven op sommige plekken, maar wat is het dat waard. het uitzicht onderweg is al adembenemend, maar eens boven; wow. er zwemmenkleine visjes in het meer. de alm die er ligt is degelijk. een aanrader voor iedereen die een stevige beklimming aankan. de paden zijn ruim, maar op stukken steil.
 what a climb; 700 altimeters over a distance of only 2 km or something. die in some places, but what's it worth. the view on the way is already breathtaking, but once at the top; wow. there are small fish swimming in the lake. the alm that is there is solid. highly recommended for anyone who can handle a tough climb. the trails are wide, but steep in parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Sommer 2020 sowie 2021 hier und ich muss sagen: Ich kann es kaum erwarten wieder hierher zukommen. Der Kaiserschmarren und Germknödel - ein Gedicht! Für mich der beste Kaiserschmarren den ich je gegessen habe!!! Super freundliche Bedienung an der Ausgabe.
Die Preise sind absolut fair.
Wenn man sich beschwert, dass man auf 1800 Meter Höhe "nur" 13 verschiedene Gerichte bekommt und das es ist nicht okay ist, dass man zum Essen bestellen auch noch aufstehen muss, sollte einfach lieber im Tal bleiben.
We were here in summer 2020 and 2021 and I have to say: I can't wait to come back. The Kaiserschmarren and yeast dumplings - a poem! For me the best Kaiserschmarren I have ever eaten! Super friendly service at the output.
The prices are absolutely fair.
If you complain that at 1800 meters you can "only" get 13 different dishes and that it is not okay that you have to get up to order something, you should just stay in the valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rustic and deliciously simple food, great kaiserschmarrn and strudel. Clean toilets, and the view is of course worth the hike as well. No need to fear the dessert calories after making it!
