The absolute worst person you would want to represent your town. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to the local tourist information point for a bathroom break, because if you go to this place you are yelled at like a dog and treated like dirt. This woman needs to retire and find a hobby. An embarrassment.

I wanted to write a bad comment but so many people did it ahead I can only agree! They're rude, mean and extremly racist people! I wanted to drop off my wife and seven years old daughter not to make them walk for long. They aproached me with anger and hate. Telling me it is a "private place" not allowed to drop off anybody. And I am not their custmer. Well with this kind of manner I am surprised they have any. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. LET IT BE THEIR PLACE.

We have stopped there for a five minutes just to pick up my father, who was waiting there with his bike because of bad weather and heavy rain. She screamed to us and wanted to call the police, because we are destroying her business even there was no car coming for the fuel. She was extremely rude and racist whe she found out we are foreigners. Better to avoid this place.
F	FKC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear visitors of Hallstatt, beware of this place. I haven´t experienced such hostile behaviour so far. I decided to refuel a few litres for return trip home and when i paid the petrol, an older woman came in from outside to accuse me that i allegedly pick up some guests at the petrol station, "which is forbidden and everybody know it". I thank her for information and try to explain i am not taxi and those people are my wife and children (looking for toilet) in order to prevent any misunderstanding. No success => We were even forced to leave empty petrol station immediately by other station´s crew shouting at us. I even didn´t have any time to put my card into wallet, as i didn´t want to risk any damage of my car. Such (mentally ill?) people totally ruin positive feelings from this beautiful place. Fortunatelly, i was so shocked that i had no time start being rude or sarcastic, which they would truly deserved. Based on other reviews it seems this poisonous woman is even owner of this business (?!)!

Waiting for my family to come out from her bathroom ( after paying a euro a person, snacks, and gas), she comes out screaming that we must leave. We move from the pump, but are waiting in the only parking space for the rest of my family to come out from the bathrooms. She starts taking our photo and yelling at us to leave. No one else is waiting. Wow, just wow.
