Obwohl der Support kostenpflichtig ist, hängt man ständig in der Warteschleife und wird dann einfach aus der Leitung geworfen. Again and again error messages, and very bad support. Although the support is chargeable, you are constantly on hold and then simply thrown off the line.

Die Mitarbeiter vom Servicedesk sind sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit und haben bis jetzt fast immer sofort mittels Fernwartung das Problem lösen können. Die Software ist sehr umfangreich aber sehr gut aufgebaut jedoch bin ich mir relativ sicher, dass wir noch nicht alle Tools beherrschen. Momentan reicht uns unser derzeitiges Wissen aber aus und falls wir uns wieder weiterbilden möchten, bieten Sie auch super Online-Schulungen an, die ich nur empfehlen kann. Die offenen Tickets die wir hatten wurden bereits auch schon an unser Unternehmen angepasst. Die Warteschlange bei der Serviceline ist manchmal recht lange aber das ist auch verkraftbar. Ich würde mir für meine Firmen immer wieder die TAIFUN Software leisten. By and large we are very satisfied with the TAIFUN software. The staff at the service desk are very eager and helpful and have almost always been able to solve the problem immediately by means of remote maintenance. The software is very extensive but very well structured, but I am relatively sure that we do not yet master all of the tools. At the moment, however, our current knowledge is sufficient for us and if we want to continue our education, you also offer great online training courses that I can only recommend. The open tickets that we had have already been adapted to our company. The queue at the service line is sometimes quite long but that is manageable. I would always afford the TAIFUN software for my companies.
