Unfriendly staff, no welcome ... although convenient because the location of the store next to the Mercury market, only .... absolutely no perception of a customer, a great pity ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter und Chefs, super Sortiment und wenn man mal was außerhalb des bestehenden Sortiments wünscht, wird bestellt. Außerdem hab ich in dieser Trafik auch schon so manches ausgefallene Raucheraccessoire und tolle Geschenkideen gefunden. Weiter so!
Super nice and competent staff and bosses, great assortment and if you want something outside the existing range, will be ordered. In addition, I have already found many a fancy smoker accessory and great gift ideas in this tobacconist. Keep it up!
