Auf meinen Hinweis sie hat welche in der Hand, meinte sie - die sind schon abgerechnet und nicht mehr zum Verkauf...... Wanted today at 5:25 p.m. Krone and KURIER buy, saleswoman (with several copies in hand) - sold out. At my tip she has some in her hand, she said - they have already been billed and are no longer for sale ......
A	Alfred Hotzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich! Nicht Kunden orientiert. Meine Frau hat ein Exemplar ORF Nachlese in diesem Laden gekauft. Zu Hause musste sie feststellen, dass der Mittelteil mit den Rezepten herausgerissen war. Eine Reklamation am nächsten Tag war erfolglos, scheinbar sind die freundlichen Angestellten nicht befugt einen Ersatz vorzunehmen, sie musste Tage später nochmals vorbeischauen, um das mit dem unfreundlichen Besitzer zu regeln. Trotz klarer Rechtslage (fehlerhaftes Produkt) war eine Reklamation bei Herr IVIC nicht möglich, er lehnte einen Ersatz kategorische ab und versuchte ihr das Gefühle zu geben, sie hätte den Mittelteil selber entfernt (Wert 3,40€). Die Rechtslage ist eindeutig, eine beschädigte Ware muss ersetzt oder umgetauscht werden, wegen der geringen Summe, wollte sich meine Faru auch nicht mit diesem Herren streiten. Sie hat jahrelang wöchentlich mehrere Zeitschriften bei dieser Trafik gekauft, damit ist jetzt Schluss, es gibt ja auch noch andere Geschäfte. Unfriendly! Not customer oriented. My wife bought a copy of ORF Nachlese from this store. When she got home she found that the middle section with the recipes had been torn out. A complaint the next day was unsuccessful, apparently the friendly staff are not authorized to make a replacement, they had to come back days later to settle this with the unfriendly owner. Despite the clear legal situation (defective product), a complaint to Mr. IVIC was not possible, he categorically refused a replacement and tried to give her the feeling that she had removed the middle part herself (value €3.40). The legal situation is clear, damaged goods must be replaced or exchanged, because of the small sum, my Faru didn't want to argue with this gentleman either. For years she bought several magazines a week from this tobacconist, but that's over now, there are other shops too.

Hier wird darauf verwiese an den Tagen zu komme wo auch der Chef anwesend ist ..... Andere müssen ja keiner beruflichen Tätigkeit nachgehen!!!
