Nicht umgetauscht und unfreundlich auch noch dazu! I bought tobacco about 1 week ago, got the wrong ones (didn't look). Today I was in the area wanting to exchange it. Not exchanged and unfriendly too!

Zeitlang wussten die Mitarbeiter sogar was ich kaufen wollte bevor ich überhaupt was gesagt habe. Komme immer wieder gerne. Diese trafik zählt definitiv zu einer meiner lieblings trafiken in Österreich I have been going to this tobacco shop for almost 2 years now and cannot complain about a single employee. The customer service is great. For a while the employees even knew what I wanted to buy before I even said anything. Always happy to come back. This tobacco shop is definitely one of my favorite tobacconists in Austria

Da geht man gerne rein und fühlt sich wohl und so sollt es überall sein. Leider nur in dieser und ich war bei Gott schon in sehr vielen! Bitte diesen ? Standard aufrecht erhalten! Danke!! ??? (vorallem mehrsprachig!) There is no better one than this !! With the dear namesake and her son! I don't know anyone who has a friendlier staff! You like to go in there and feel good, and that's how it should be everywhere. Unfortunately only in this one and I've been to God in many! Please maintain this ? standard! Thanks!! ???
