You can pick up your parcels there or return them from some online companies, I find it very practical and you don't need to go to the post office.

Ich habe heute meinen ERSTEN Cafe beim Trafikanten genossen... sehr gute Qualität für einen Cappuccino to Go -- der Preis mit 2 Euro im Rahmen. Sehr zu empfehlen!! The tobacconist is now settled and in the old Sparda Bank near the train station !! Today I enjoyed my FIRST cafe at the Trafikanten ... very good quality for a cappuccino to go - the price with 2 euros in the frame. We recommend!!

Der Automat am Bahnhof hat mir leider keine Schachtel ausgespuckt daraufhin bin ich dann in die Filiale um zu schildern was passiert ist. Zuerst wurde mir gesagt das sie das ohne Chef nicht entscheiden kann. Ist eh okay, der Chef kommt erst zu Mittag. Ich hab auch erwähnt das ich Mittag aber nicht hier bin. Tja da kann sie auch nichts machen. Ich hätte mir halt erwartet das die blonde Dame meine Kontaktdaten aufnimmt und es eine Lösung geben wird. Stattdessen wird mir gesagt hier ist die Tür und ich kann meinen Grand wo anders auslassen. Natürlich bin ich sauer, weil mein Anliegen nicht ernst genommen wird und ich bestimmt nicht Feind meines eigenen Geldes bin! Aber deswegen rausschmeissen? Das hat mit Kundenfreundlichkeit nichts zu tun! Ich habe mindestens zwei mal die Woche Zigaretten gekauft. So geht man mit Kunden NICHT um! Unfortunately, I can not give less than a star. The machine at the station unfortunately did not spit out any box, so I went to the branch to explain what had happened. At first I was told that she can not decide that without a boss. It's okay anyway, the boss comes only for lunch. I also mentioned that I'm not here for lunch. Well, she can not do anything.
