G	Gerald D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war hier um ein Paket von DHL abzuholen. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte nach kurzem Suchen, dass mein Paket nicht da ist und ich solle morgen wiederkommen. Da schon 3 Werktage nach Erhalten des gelben Zettels vergangen waren habe ich das zwar nicht verstanden kam aber am nächsten Tag wieder. Wieder würde mir gesagt das Paket ist nicht da. Auf mein Nachfragen würde mir geantwortet mit „Woher soll ich das wissen, müssen sie bei DHL fragen.“ Das tat ich dann auch und der DHL-Mitarbeiter sagte mir, dass die Trafik mein Paket ablehnte, weil es ihnen zu groß war. Leider sehr unfreundliche und zugleich inkompetente Mitarbeiter. I was here to pick up a parcel from DHL. The employee said after a short search that my package is not there and I should come back tomorrow. Since 3 working days after receiving the yellow note had passed I did not understand that but came back the next day. Again, I would say the package is not there. My question would be answered with "How should I know that, you have to ask at DHL." I did then and the DHL employee told me that the tobacconist rejected my package, because it was too big. Unfortunately very unfriendly and at the same time incompetent employees.

Von der Mitarbeiterin die Telefonnummer des Chefs bekommen, keine Antwort keine Reaktion über SMS wie immer halb wenn man kein Service machen möchte.... Kein Hinweis das 2x Schachteln ausgegeben (Verkauft werden). Als Kunde habt ihr mich verloren. Unfortunately, there is no other way. Cigarette vending machine charged for 2 boxes where you only buy once exactly at the main entrance to Schloss Eggenberg. Got the boss's phone number from the employee, no answer, no response via SMS, as always half when you don't want to do any service .... No notice that 2x boxes are given out (are sold). You lost me as a customer.

Wirklich tolle Beratung. Alles schnell, einfach, problemlos. Überall Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Was kann man mehr erwarten??? Natürlich empfehle ich in 100%, gerne wieder... (heute schon geschlossen- Fotos)... I am very enthusiastic, everything went well. The seller (owner?) Was very nice, friendly, professional, patient and helpful. Really great advice. Everything fast, easy, easy. Everywhere order and cleanliness. What more can you expect ??? Of course I recommend in 100%, gladly again ... (today already closed photos) ...
