Die Zigaretten Automaten werden 3 mal wöchentlich befüllt und aufgrund der Telemetrie sehen wir genau, ob eine überzahlung besteht. Es erfolgt in JEDEM FALL eine Rückzahlung bzw. bekommt der Kunde seine Zigaretten. As the owner, I would like to comment on the reviews. The cigarette machines are filled 3 times a week and based on the telemetry we can see exactly whether there is an overpayment. In EACH CASE there is a repayment or the customer gets his cigarettes.

k	kristina emma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unhöflich, automaten andauernd leer, füllt falsche zigarettensorten in entsprechenden schächten nach (man bekommt nicht das wofür man bezahlt hat, keine kulanz) Edit: heute 18.10.2021 sind mal wieder einige Schächte leer und der Automat ganz links funktioniert wieder mal nicht. Schade, dass nur in dem einen Automaten Heets sind, vor allem wenn das Problem mit dem Automaten nicht das Erste Mal auftritt! Zum Thema Rückerstattung, ist ja schön und nett wie sie das beschreiben, mir hat die Frau hinter der Kassa gesagt „darauf habe ich keinen Zugriff, da müssens mit dem Herr Kollegen reden“. Grad, dass ich mich noch fragen getraut hab bei der Laune die einem entgegenkommt wenn man das Geschäft betritt. Dann geht man hin, is er net da, und ich seh nicht ein jemandem der mir Geld schuldet nachzurennen, vor Allem wenn ich mich dazu anfeun lassen muss rude, machine constantly empty, refills the wrong types of cigarettes in the appropriate slots (you don't get what you paid for, no goodwill) Edit: today, October 18th, 2021 some shafts are empty again and the machine on the far left does not work again. It is a shame that heets are only in one machine, especially if the problem with the machine does not occur for the first time! Bin nur neugierig wie lang die Nachbesetzung dauert. That's right with the vending machines! But it is no longer important because the tobacconist has closed anyway since a death.
