★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht nur die Tatsache, dass man an Endverbraucher nicht mehr interessiert ist (kein Detailverkauf), sondern besonders die Art wie man mir das kommunizierte, ergab diese schlechte Bewertung. Im Detailgeschäft am anderen Ende der Stadt (zusätzlicher Zeitaufwand rund eine Stunde) war die Verkäuferin schon zumindest bemüht.
Not only the fact that you are no longer interested in end users (no retail sales), but especially the way you communicated this to me, resulted in this bad rating. In the retail shop at the other end of town (additional time required around an hour), the saleswoman was at least making an effort.
