Die Erfahrung und das Können der Mitarbeiter ist sehr sperrlich, auch wird intern nicht mit offenen Karten gespielt und die Verwaltung ist mangelhaft. Dies führt dazu, dass bisher keinen guten Techniker im Unternehmen geblieben sind. Dies wirkt sich auch auf den Kundenstamm aus, der sich nahezu ausschließlich aus Klein- und Kleinstunternehmen besteht. Finger weg.
