- Kalender-Synchronisation mit meinem privaten Kalender funktioniert einwandfrei und gleichzeitig DSGVO-konform!
- SMS-Benachrichtigungen an PatientInnen: funktioniert super! keine Ausfälle!
- Rechnungserstellung unkompliziert mit wenigen Klicks! Sowohl Honorarnotenerstellung als auch Barbelege sind möglich.
- überhaupt PatientInnenübersicht, Kalender und Übersicht über bereits geleistete Leistungen gibt Klarheit und Struktur!
- Online-Buchungskalender funktioniert unkompliziert!
- Online-Lösung: ich kann Kalender, PatientInnen, das Finanzcockpit etc. von überall aus erreichen und bin nicht an meine Praxis oder den Computer gebunden
- großartiger Support: die MitarbeiterInnen sind telefonisch super erreichbar oder rufen sehr rasch zurück! außerdem finde ich wichtig: Telefon- sowie Email-support ist kostenlos. Die MitarbeiterInnen (Fr. Schanitz und Hr. Quendler mit denen ich bisher viel zu tun hatte) sind außerdem sehr freundlich, kompetent, verlässlich und bemüht um die Anliegen! Außerdem sind sowohl die MitarbeiterInnen als auch Geschäftsführung offen für Verbesserungsvorschläge bzw. Wünsche für zusätzliche Features!
Nachdem ich sehr enttäuscht war von meiner vorherigen Software-Lösung freue ich mich jetzt umso mehr einen verlässlichen Partner an meiner Seite zu haben! Vielen Dank!
 I'm really happy with the SmartTherapy software solution from Synaptos!
- Calendar synchronization with my private calendar works perfectly and at the same time DSGVO compliant!
- SMS notifications to patients: works great! no failures!
- Invoice creation uncomplicated with just a few clicks! Both fee-earning and bargaining are possible.
- at all Patient overview, calendar and overview of already performed services gives clarity and structure!
- Online booking calendar works uncomplicated!
- Online solution: I can reach calendars, patients, the finance cockpit etc. from anywhere and I am not bound to my practice or the computer
- great support: the staff are very easy to reach by phone or call back very quickly! I also think it's important: phone and email support is free. The employees (Mrs. Schanitz and Mr. Quendler with whom I had a lot to do so far) are also very friendly, competent, reliable and endeavored by the concerns! In addition, both the staff and management are open to suggestions for improvement or wishes for additional features!
Having been very disappointed with my previous software solution, I am all the more pleased to have a reliable partner by my side! Thanks a lot!

I have been using #smartEPU for about 6 months now and I love it! No more bothering to create invoices in Word, everything is legal and easy, that's what I like!
