★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein ups Paket abgegeben zur Retoure. Leider bekommt man keine Bestätigung der Abgabe. Die Mitarbeiter meinten, dass sowas nicht möglich sei und ich sollte doch ein Foto vom Paket machen... Sonst habe ich bei jedem ups Shop ein SMS zur Bestätigung bekommen. Sehr unprofessionell und auch unfreundlich. Es ist eher ein Glücksspiel, ob das Paket ankommen wird oder nicht.
I have submitted a UPS package for the return. Unfortunately you do not get confirmation of the tax. The employees said that something was not possible and I should still take a picture of the package ... Otherwise, I have received an SMS for confirmation at each ups shop. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. It is more of a gamble whether the package will arrive or not.

UPS Packet cannot be picked up. Shop is simply closed on weekdays during opening hours.
