★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einige Verkäufer können anscheinend mit einem klaren "Nein" nicht umgehen und rufen trotzdem wiederholt an, was ich ziemlich aufdringlich finde!!
 Some sellers apparently can not handle a clear "no" and still call repeatedly, which I find quite intrusive !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde kompetent beraten und hatte den Eindruck, dass man auch lösungsorientiert an meinen Aufgaben gearbeitet hat, obwohl zunächst etwas Branchenwissen gefehlt hat und Einarbeitung notwendig war. Die Anlage war im Resultat dann doch befriedigend, detektiert zuverlässig und spart Zeit. Bis dato auch keine Probleme mit dem Support, kann ich weiterempfehlen. Ansonsten ein Punkt Abzug wegen der funktionalen, aber etwas veralteten Softwareoberfläche. Da wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben.
Was given competent advice and had the impression that they also worked solution-oriented to my tasks, although initially lacked some industry knowledge and training was necessary. The system was then satisfactory in the result, detects reliable and saves time. To date, no problems with the support, I can recommend. Otherwise a point deduction because of the functional, but somewhat outdated software interface. There is still some room for improvement.
