★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich auf meine deutlich abweichende Rechtsmeinung zu den Bestimmungen des Fixkostenzuschusses I hingewiesen und mehr als problematische Ratschläge bezüglich Föderungen abgelehnt hatte, wurde einfach über Nacht ohne jede Vorwarnung die Vollmacht gekündigt und ich als Kunde komplett im Stich gelassen. Der Antrag auf den Fixkostenzuschuss wurde NICHT eingebracht.
Dafür bekam ich dann aber noch eine Rechnung.
After I pointed out my clearly differing legal opinion on the provisions of Fixed Cost Grant I and rejected more than problematic advice on funding, the power of attorney was simply terminated overnight without any warning and I as a customer were completely left in the lurch. The application for the fixed cost grant was NOT submitted.
But then I got an invoice for that.
