Im Innenraum des fast schon historischen Gewölbes fühlt man sich gleich wie Zuhause nur in einer anderen, gemütlicheren Zeit. Geschmackvolle vintage Deko runden die Sache ab. Das Frühstück ist geschmacklich Top, Bio Eier, Hausgemachte Marmelade und mehr gibt es in einer ausreichenden Menge. Die Inhaber sind stets freundlich und nehmen sich auch Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch. Zusammengefasst, wenn jemand nach St. Margarethen kommt oder auf der Durchreise zum Neusiedler See ist, nehmt euch die Zeit und schaut vorbei, ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und das Beste für Spätaufsteher, Frühstück gibt es bis 19 Uhr :-D The living room is definitely one of the cosiest places in St. Margarethen. In the interior of the almost historic vault, you immediately feel at home, only in a different, more comfortable time. Tasteful vintage decorations round off the matter. The breakfast is delicious, organic eggs, homemade jam and more are available in sufficient quantities. The owners are always friendly and also take time for a short chat. In summary, if someone comes to St. Margarethen or is on their way through to Lake Neusiedl, take the time to stop by, a visit is definitely worth it and the best thing for late risers, breakfast is until 7 p.m.: -D

Trotzdem wurden wir freundlich hereingebeten und mit Ruhe bedient. Wir bestellten eine mediterrane Fischsuppe und Spareribs. ? Es war außerordentlich schmackhaft! Die Bedienung ist sympathisch, zurückhaltend und sehr freundlich. Selbst als wir als letzte Gäste den traumhaften und verspielten Garten (im Vintage-Stil) verlassen wollten, und unsere Kinder noch eine Runde auf dem vorhandenen "Wuzzler" spielen wollten, stellte dies für den Senior-Chef kein Problem dar. Alles in allem ein absolut HERZlich geführtes Lokal! Ich bin dankbar, dort gewesen zu sein ?! ?✨?✨?✨?✨?✨?✨? Unfortunately we discovered this delightful and lovingly furnished restaurant 10 minutes before it closes. Nevertheless, we were kindly invited in and served with calm. We ordered a Mediterranean fish soup and spare ribs. ? It was extremely tasty! The service is personable, reserved and very friendly. Even when we were the last guests to leave the dreamy and playful garden (in vintage style) and our children wanted to play a round on the existing "Wuzzler", this was not a problem for the senior boss. All in all, an absolutely heartily run restaurant! I am grateful to have been there ?!

Leider war die Zeit zu knapp um auch noch die Nachspeisen zu probieren. Wir kommen aber bestimmt wieder. Einziges Manko - man kann ausschließen bar bezahlen. Excellent boiled beef! The Wienerschnitzel was also excellent in taste. Very hard-working and friendly hosts. Unfortunately, the time was too short to try the desserts. But we will definitely be back. The only drawback - you can only pay in cash.
