★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Wirt sollte man bitte schon seine eigene Speisekarte kennen.
Eine Bestellung aufzunehmen und das zu servieren was gerade in der Küche fertig ist, ist nicht zum Wohle des Gastes.
Bestellt war ein "Bunter Salat mit gegrillten Putenstreifen und Joghurtdressing".
Serviert wurde ein Bunter Gemüsemix aus Glaskonserven und Dosen, Blattsalat war frisch, Putenstreifen waren parniert in Steirischer Manier mit Kürbiskernschrot und das ganze mariniert mit Kürbiskernöl.
Zur Erinnerung, bestellt war ein "Bunter Salat mit gebratenen Putenstreifen und Joghurtdressing".
Auf das Aufmerksam machen der nicht korrekt gelieferten Speise wurde ich vom Wirt höflich gefragt, ob es (anstatt des Joghurtdressing) auch ein Himbeeressig sein darf, wo ich freudig zustimmte.
Gekommen ist dann eine gleichwertige Salatvariation mit Himbeeressig, darauf ein frischer Blattsalat getränkt in Frischjoghurt und dem selben parnierten Fleisch wie bei der Rückgabe.
Preis wäre in Ordnung, wenn der Service und die Ware gepasst hätte.
Deswegen gibt es nur einen Punkt für diese Lokalität.

Taking an order and serving what is ready in the kitchen is not for the benefit of the guest.
A "mixed salad with grilled turkey strips and yoghurt dressing" was ordered.
A colorful vegetable mix of canned glass and cans was served, lettuce was fresh, strips of turkey were parnished in Styrian style with pumpkin seed meal and the whole thing was marinated with pumpkin seed oil.
As a reminder, a "mixed salad with fried turkey strips and yogurt dressing" was ordered.
When I was alerted to the incorrectly delivered food, I was politely asked by the host if it could be raspberry vinegar (instead of the yogurt dressing), which I happily agreed.
Then came an equivalent salad variation with raspberry vinegar, on top of which a fresh leafy salad soaked in fresh yoghurt and the same meat as when it was returned.
Price would be okay if the service and the goods had been right.
Therefore there is only one point for this location.

Genial war die Chefin, die sich rührend um alles gekümmert hat ob es um Essen und Getränke ging oder auch um Covid Testung.
