★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schon bei vielen Swarovski‘s eingekauft aber von dem hier in seiersberg bin ich absolut Geschockt! Ein so unfreundliches Personal habe ich selten gesehen, schaut das ihr wenn möglich wo anders eure Sachen umtauschen lässt den hier habt ihr nur Probleme und herumgestreite das kann ich euch versichern ! Bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Store, sieht mich bestimmt nie wieder.
I've already shopped at many Swarovski‘s but I'm absolutely shocked by the one here in seiersberg! I have seldom seen such unfriendly staff, make sure you have your things exchanged somewhere else if possible, because you only have problems here and argue that I can assure you! I am very disappointed with the store and will definitely never see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkäuferin hat anscheinend keinen Bock auf den Job. Wir wollten hier zum Anlass ein Kettchen kaufen, und fragten ob Sie eines in Unserer Vorstellung besitzt. Sie meinte nur "Soetwas haben wir hier nicht" setzte sich wieder hin und das wars. Wir haben dann den laden alleine durchgeschaut. Hätten auch etwas gefunden doch aufgrund der Verkäuferin entschieden wir uns ein ähnliches Kettchen woanders (auch günstiger) zu kaufen.
Apparently the saleswoman doesn't feel like the job. We wanted to buy a chain for the occasion and asked if you had one in our mind. She just said, "We don't have anything like that here", sat down again and that was it. We then looked through the store on our own. Would have found something too, but because of the seller, we decided to buy a similar chain elsewhere (also cheaper).
