Aber während der Prüfung keinerlei Informationen über eventuelle notwendige Reperaturen.Der Schlauch beim Gasminderer hätte getauscht gehört, wurde nicht sofort gemacht,sondern einfach alles wieder eingeräumt und fertig.
Zwei weitere Geräte hätten einfach nur abgeklemmt gehört und ich hätte einen positiven Prüfbericht gehabt,aber leider geht das nur mit einem weiteren Termin.
Auf die Frage ob man das Sonnenschutz Rollo reparieren könnte wurde ich ohne kurz nachzudenken an einen anderen Händler verwiesen.
Ich hatte schlichtweg das Gefühl das einfach null Interesse besteht!
Für mich kein Grund hier wieder herzukommen.

Two other devices would have just heard disconnected and I would have had a positive test report, but unfortunately this only works with another appointment.
When asked whether the sun protection roller blind could be repaired, I was referred to another dealer without thinking.
I just had the feeling that there was simply zero interest!
No reason for me to come back here.

Chef und Chefin sind sehr nett man bekommt das Gefühl man ist unter Freunden nicht als Kunde.
Auch das sämtliche Personal ist kompetent und Freundlich. Haben unser Wohnmobil dort gekauft.
Können es nur weiterempfehlen.

All the staff are competent and friendly. Bought our motorhome there.

Sehr freundliches Telefonat am Nachmittag, einige Minuten später bereits die Nachricht, dass uns kurzfristig geholfen werden kann. Nach einer längeren Anreise dann am nächsten Morgen sofort der Einbau eines neuen Fensters und zusätzliche kleine Serviceleistungen. Die Rechnung war eine Erleichterung und absolut angemessen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir zu tun hatten, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Weiter so!

Very friendly phone call in the afternoon, a few minutes later already the message that we can be helped in the short term. After a longer journey then the next morning immediately the installation of a new window and additional small services. The bill was a relief and absolutely appropriate. Every single employee we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.
