Dazu noch CRM-Lösung und demnächst kommt ein Online-Shop dazu. Anders als bei großen Anbietern wird auch am Wochenende schnell geholfen, wenn es mal crasht. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch, allerdings sollte man immer fragen, was im Service-Package inkludiert ist, und wo Leistungen extra berechnet werden. Wenn etwas unklar war, wurde mir aber auch im Preis nachgelassen, was ich sehr zuvorkommend empfand. Als der Speicher mal nicht mehr gereicht hat, wurde mir (am Sonntag) das Limit direkt erhöhnt, so dass wieder alles lief. Die Erreichbarkeit des Chefs könnte manchmal telefonisch besser sein, aber der Kundensupport ist super!! Alles in allem: Kleines, aber feines Team mit viel Potential. Manchmal dauerts etwas länger, dafür zaubern sie dann coole Lösungen. Für mich besser als jeder Großanbieter, bei dem ich bisher war.
