M	Maik Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bisher zwei Schulungen bei der successfactory absolviert: Six Sigma Black Belt als Präsenzveranstaltung vor der Corona-Pandemie und SAFe® PM/PO während der Corona-Pandemie als Online-Training. Von der Organisation bis zur Abschlussprüfung hat alles perfekt geklappt: Die Kursbuchung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert, die Trainer (in meinem Fall Gernot Freisinger und Werner Leitner) sind fachlich und didaktisch sehr gut ausgebildet und können alle Inhalte perfekt vermitteln. Somit sind die Abschlussprüfungen für die Personenzertifikate nur noch Formsache. Auch wenn aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie derzeit Präsenztrainings nur eingeschränkt möglich sind, wird versucht durch die technischen Möglichkeiten (Microsoft Teams, digitale Whiteboards, etc.) die Schulungsatmosphäre so angenehm und locker wie möglich zu gestalten. Aus meiner Erfahrung kann ich die successfactory uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. So far I have completed two training courses at the successfactory: Six Sigma Black Belt as a face-to-face event before the corona pandemic and SAFe® PM / PO during the corona pandemic as online training. From the organization to the final exam, everything went perfectly: The course booking was quick and uncomplicated, the trainers (in my case Gernot Freisinger and Werner Leitner) are very well trained professionally and didactically and can convey all the content perfectly. Thus, the final exams for the personal certificates are only a matter of form. Even if face-to-face training is currently only possible to a limited extent due to the corona pandemic, attempts are being made to make the training atmosphere as pleasant and relaxed as possible through the technical possibilities (Microsoft teams, digital whiteboards, etc.). From my experience I can unreservedly recommend the successfactory.
