Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit Christian Schwendner von der TRS wurde uns sofort und unbürokratisch geholfen. Die Mechaniker waren top und wir konnten somit nach kürzester Zeit mit unserem Transport weiterfahren. TRS ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen, weil sich die Leute einfach für das Problem einsetzen und sofort eine Lösung haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Weiterhin alles Gute und viel Erfolg. The service from TRS is really unique. We recently had a breakdown with our heavy transport. After a short phone call with Christian Schwendner from TRS, we were helped immediately and unbureaucratically. The mechanics were great and we were able to continue our transport after a very short time. Unser Fahrzeug ist mit einem AD Blue Problem liegen geblieben, nach kurzer Rücksprache mit einer sehr freundlichen Dame im Büro durfte mein Fahrer direkt vorbeikommen.
Obwohl wir vorher noch nie in dieser Werkstatt waren, wurden wir gefühlt wie ein Stammkunde behandelt. Es wurde sich sofort um das Fahrzeug gekümmert, der Fehler zügig gefunden und nach der Mittagspause hat man direkt das Ersatzteil geholt und sehr schnell verbaut.
Zusammengefasst: SEHR SEHR freundliche Mitarbeiter, mein Fahrer war begeistert und das Fahrzeug schnell wieder auf der Straße!
Wenn es sich ergibt kommen wir sehr gerne wieder! Danke für alles.
First of all, I have to say a lot of praise.
Our vehicle broke down with an AD Blue problem, after a short consultation with a very friendly lady in the office, my driver was allowed to come by directly.
Although we have never been to this workshop before, we were treated like regular customers. The vehicle was taken care of immediately, the fault was found quickly and after the lunch break the spare part was picked up and installed very quickly.
In summary: VERY, VERY friendly staff, my driver was enthusiastic and the vehicle is back on the road quickly!
If it happens, we'd love to come back! Thank you for everything.
