★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have been here multiple times to dispute multiple issues. I thought at first the problem was that my german was broken or that I was speaking english, but even after getting c1 a year later I realized that wasn't the case. These people are just rude, unfriendly and I have to say if I wasn't so motivated about my subject I would have given up on applying here long ago.
They do not put in the effort to look things up for you unless you push and constantly treat you as if you do not know what you're talking about even when halfway through explaining an issue. I have never left this place with a positive feeling and half those times I left in tears. I find it incredible that people would be so snappish and even raise their voices to a 20 year old who's just trying to get an education. I can't even begin to think about them doing the same thing to children who are most likely younger than me at 17-18 who are even more confused.
An absolutely awful place, if you are reading and have the influence to change anything, please do. I really came close to not studying here just because of my experiences in this place and I don't want that to actually happening to anybody else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if possible. It’s worse than the immigration office. Here you wait in the queue until Someone just randomly hang up, so rude. If you get through after a week of trying the Staff is not really helping, just pushing around the responsibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime!! I call I rarely reach anyone.The voice mail says "please be patient we will be with you shortly".Then they hang up after 5minutes. Usuually I keep recalling about 5times, so thats over an half an hour wait before I give up. Who the heck runs this place? That is not okey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very helpful service. They couldn’t help me to find a solution why Tiss doesn’t allow me to prolong my student card. They gave me two other numbers to call which do not even exist. When I called them again to tell that the numbers they gave me do not work, they say that they are too busy right now and can not help me. My students card isn’t valid, I cannot prolong it and I cannot order another one.
