★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Firma Studen im Zuge eines versteckten Mangels äußert unkooperativ und berief sich darauf, dass die bemängelte Leistung von einem SUB-Unternehmer durchgeführt wurde und somit nicht im Zuständigkeitsbereich der Firma Studen liegt. Grundsätzlich ist die Vergabe von Leistungen in SUB nur mit Zustimmung des Auftraggebers (=Endkunde) erlaubt und weiters ist die Firma Studen trotzdem voll haftungspflichtig, da lediglich ein Vertragsverhältnis zwischen Kunde und Firma Studen besteht. Somit kann ich keine Empfehlung für dieses Unternehmen geben.
 Unfortunately, the Studen company was extremely uncooperative in the course of a hidden defect and cited the fact that the defective service was carried out by a SUB entrepreneur and is therefore not within the Studen company's area of responsibility. In principle, the award of services in SUB is only permitted with the consent of the client (= end customer) and, furthermore, the Studen company is nevertheless fully liable, as there is only a contractual relationship between the customer and the Studen company. So I cannot give a recommendation for this company.
